In biological dentistry, surgery is a central part of treatment.
Piezosurgery uses an ultrasonic surgical device to ensure precision and efficiency, while preserving fragile structures (sinus membrane, alveolar nerve). We use it, in all surgical procedures, for external and internal sinus lifts, for the treatment of FDOJ, and for biological extractions.
